Companies are the backbone of collaboration on Stagey. Whether you’re managing your own organisation or inviting partners to participate in your site, setting up a company gives you the tools to track shows, manage revenue, and own your data.
🎭 What Is a Company?
In Stagey, a Company is an organisational unit with its own:

Shows & performances

Ticket sales and settlement data

Stripe-connected payouts (optional)

Admins and members
There are two types:

Site Company — the main organisation for the whole Stagey site

Guest Company — invited collaborators (e.g. producers, renters, partners)
🛠 How to Create a Company
If you’re a
Site Admin
, follow these steps:

Go to the Profile Menu
Click your profile image or initials in the top-right → select Company Management

Click “Add New Company”

Enter the Company Details:

Name (e.g. Rising Phoenix Theatre)

Public contact email (optional)
-
Logo (optional but encouraged)
-
Website (optional)
-

Set Stripe Account Access (optional but powerful)

If the company will receive ticket revenue, connect their Stripe Express account here

This ensures automatic payouts for shows they manage

Save and Invite Members

Once created, invite users to the company using the “Invite Members” button

Assign roles (e.g. Viewer, Manager, Admin)
