The statement descriptor is the name that appears on your customers' credit card statements when they're charged through Stagey.

1. Go to your Stagey Control Panel Home

2. Click **Manage Your Payout**

3. Click the **View Stripe Dashboard** button at the top

4. In your Stripe Dashboard, click **Settings** (bottom left)

5. Click **Edit** next to **Public Details / Customer-facing information**

6. Update the **Statement descriptor** field with your desired name

7. Click **Save**

Changes typically take effect for future charges; past transactions won't be updated retroactively.
